Supporters of Proportional Representation for Bill Richardson

We all support implementing an electoral system of proportional representation in our federal elections and encourage Bill Richardson to champion this idea. Proportional Representation will better serve as a vehicle for democracy by more accurately representing the views of the voters. It will allow for third parties to have a louder voice and will also allow for elections to focus more on the issues rather than the candidates. If Americans went to the polls to vote for the "Democratic Party" instead of a single candidate, then we could focus more on what policys that party would bring rather than how much someone's hair cut was or if they were 'black enough' to be President.
