My Story: I'm a seventeen-year-old from South Florida. I'm excited that I'll be able to vote in the 2008 election. I believe in action above talk, and Bill Richardson's past actions have proven that he has the ability to be president. Yet, Richardson's track record isn't just strong, it is consumed with the issues that I feel are particularly pertinent in today's political arena. Bill Richardson is an intelligent and articulate man that looks beyond the superficial issues that manifest themselves at the surface of today's politics. He sees the root causes of such issues, and it is in this manner that Richardson will be able to resecure America's role as a hegemon - a hegemon that is assertive, but has a strong understanding of world peace and stability. It is with pride and excitement that I support Bill Richardson's bid for the Democratic nomination.
