My Story: I am a freelance writer/video producer (working mostly in corporate environments). A life-long Democrat, I have never been particularly active in campaigns, but I truly believe that Bill Richardson stands head and shoulders above the other candidates in being the best choice to take our country in a new and better direction. On a personal level, I live in Bucks County PA with my wife, two sons, 4 sheep, 4 goats, 3 cats and 2 Labrador retrievers (and a deer or two who wander in from time to time to snack on an apple tree). My older son (19) did me proud with his Democratic registration last year. The younger (14) will make his choice when the time comes. My wife, a life-long Republican, shocked us all with her vote for John Kerry in 2004. We must be doing something right. Now, it's time to do something right again - with even more at stake than just my wife's choice on the ballot. It's time to get to work to make some positive changes, and bring this country that I love back to a place where it is respected by the world and, perhaps more importantly, by all its citizens - regardless of political affiliations. It's an uphill climb, no doubt. But a worthy venture, an important and vital effort. More simply stated: I'm in. Let's get going!
