My Story: Was born & raised in S. Alabama. At age 30 moved to Atlanta 8 yrs and then Phoenix 12 yrs. Learned outside Alabama what a real democracy is. Moved back to Alabama 7 yrs ago to find little hope of change. Love politics especially Democratic views on issues. Born a Republican but became Democrat when Jimmy Carter ran for President both times. Love the man! I hate war. Am a Toastmaster and know that good communication skills can negotiate a peaceful coexistence. Despise violence at home and abroad. Want a National Mandated Curriculum to be able to compete globally with other countries that emphasize higher educational stds. Believe the government should provide excellent affordable healthcare to all citizens. Hate government corruption. Want a Pres who will make a stand and not play politics. Wish Gore had won. Angry that Bush won. Things are a mess all around the world and need to be fixed. Its seriously time to elect the President we need to lead us to better things.
