To all you saboteurs telling Bill to throw in the towel and support a less qualified candidate please take a look at Richardson's record and his stance on issues. Our presidency is not a beauty contest and we have already seen in these last few years that just because someone speaks well it does not mean they are qualified for the job. No one has more experience in foreign policy (sorry Hillary but it's true), balancing a budget, enery issues and more. Perhaps we should suggest that Hillary or Barack join Bill as his vice president since he is the most complete canidate. Bill brings the most to the table, he is the obvious choice.
Please keep fighting for us Bill! We are fighting for you. I know you have support here in Colorado. I have been spreading the word to friends in Missouri & Illinois winning you backers there as well. Tonight I call my friends in Florida. I ask all of you out there to help get Bill Richardson's name out there and give our country a fight chance.

Someone who has faced down world leaders to achieve established goals. Someone who can think beyond his own personal desires to achieve a greater good. Someone who is not afraid to say sacrifice is required for success.
This is the guy we've been waiting for! He's coherent, he listens, his qualifications are well established and he has clearly established goals. He is single-minded, vowing to go back to Govern New Mexico if he doesn't win the nomination, rather than settle for second fiddle as VP on the ticket. Yet, he's humble enough to say, "I'm not greedy -- I can finish third (in NH)!"
And, finally he's no pretty boy! There's a lot more than fluff and pretty teeth up there when Bill's talking. Let's hope the Democratic Party listens. Read More »

It was a slow day in my campaign today. I had expected to be tabling at Riponfest, but thanks to my incident with the Riponfest organizers (see blog entry from yesterday), I didn't have a lot to do. Fortunately, I had made some calls to some of the other volunteers in Wisconsin on Friday, and one of the volunteers returned my call. We chatted for forty-seven minutes and 56 seconds. I remember because I looked on my cell phone after we finished talking. Read More »
