The last day of the focus on New Hampshire, we still have a lot to do.

I just took a nice lunch hour and made my last 30 phone calls to New Hampshire. All call lists are the luck of the draw, and I got a good one. After only 7 no answers, the daughter answered and said "I know she voted Richardson, we have a lawn sign and everything", I had one more yes, one maybe and a no off my list of 30. The rest weren't answering, or weren't home. The area code was 603, seacoast: Portsmouth, Durham, Dover, Hampton, Exeter, a stronghold of educated democrats, pure water and undeniable charm. A fitting goodbye to a place and a process I have come to love.
Nevada, South Carolina and Super Tuesday are ahead. I am lucky enough to live in Pennsylvania, where we border Delaware and New Jersey. New York is a short train ride away.
There is very much to do. There are Letters to the Editor to be written, events, benefits and fund raisers to be planned and attended. I have great Richardson baseball cards to give out. Soon, again there will be calls to be made and doors to be canvassed. I also plan to make a fun trip to NYC for visibility. Now that Letterman has negotiated successfully with his writers and is back in production, I plan to go do the audience of The Today Show, The View, and Letterman all in one day. I'll wear a Richardson shirt, and see if I can get his name on camera. I welcome company, I haven't decided on a date yet.
Please feel free to write me and let me know if you need help getting a project started, if you want to take the train for a long , fun day in NYC, or if you just want to talk about an idea you have to help Bill Richardson's campaign.
I took some photo's of the New Hampshire Experience, from our perspective, and will post them on this blog soon.
I thank all the great people I've worked with on this campaign so far.
