Will be voting for Bill in the primary and writing him in on the General Election.
Sending message to the media that helped bury the only viable choice we had for president. Beyond Bill there is nothing, my vote still goes for him, who ever wants to join the protest , welcome on my canoe.
Dine'
Post Data,
our voting block membership of the rank and file of Si Se Puede, Native American voting block rank and file along with diehard loyal supporters from this website will join the protest WAR PARTY, I look forward to the blessing from the GREAT Spirit it will come to pass that the nation will recieve a major surprize on primary election and even more on the General Election in November.
There will be many brothers and sisters from among all of Native America that will support our effort in conjunction with support of our Lakota Brothers whom have declared themselves a separate FREE LAKOTA NATION.
There are many Native American brothers and sisters that openly will say I follow Party Line Directive as proposed by the Tribal Leadership, and the Native American Caucass, However when in the polls the vote is done in secret and they will let their heart decide at the last moment.
Native America is and has been for GBR from the GET GO, and our hearts as a Nation of first people weigh heavy with sadness, because the press that was bought and paid for by the agents of the treacherous money machines forced Bill out of the race, by burying him in the press and major media on National TV, even the Latino Mexican Media sold out, over their money hunger.
With Bill dropping from the race the people from our coalitions in the western states where we were going to give them a run for their money, were short changed of the opprtunity.
Regardless, We will all make a statement in unison, we will be drafting Bill for prsident in 2012. There will be no stopping Bill then. San Diego Grass Roots will not cease to exist. We are now the movement in this county to Draft Bill for President in 2012.

Dine' warrior.
I have returned from my unplanned journey, For which I thank the Great Spirit. While away I was graced by the company of my ancestors. Governor Bill Richardson is still being guided by the spirit of the Great Eagle. What I speak can only be understood by my Native American brothers and sisters. He will soar very High despite strong currents, and has all the capability to become victorious, his goal will be hampered from within due to trecherous serpents in his path.
Pray the Great Spirit protect him from the forked tongue of those that only seek to demean the and belittle him while claiming their support for him.
To all my Native American Brothers and sisters I send a special Ahoa', I also invite all new comers from Native America to join me at Dine' Nishli Naakaii group.
May all on this site have merry upcoming Holy Days.
May the Great Spirit Bless The Governor and his family.
May the Great Spirit Bless You all.
Your sincere friend.

I from time to time read up on religious materials, concepts and precepts on contemporary religion in the United States, for the purpose of trying to understand other people through their religious belief and practice.
Recently there was a big hoopdelah about the endorsements of Tele evangelist Pat Robertson for a particular candidate.
I believe that it is not only inmoral but should be constituted as illegal for any one that is in the God business in the mega million dollar income Racket to try and influence the outcome on an election.
I have read the Christian Bible and it makes it quite clear that Jesus settled the matter of the question that was thrown at him by Emperor's emissary in relation to the Gold Coin with the Emperor's effigy on it.
Jesus said point blank, Give to Ceasar what is Ceasar's and to God what is God's.
That in my eyes clears up the question about goverment and religion.
Atleast that is what is expected.
Furthermore I was under the impression that non for profit tax free orgs are not supposed to promote politics or politicians.
Yet the protestant Tele evangelists have done this from the get go.
I have not seen any Catholic Hierarchy doing the same, nor hierarchy from any other major religion doing the same, as a matter of fact when they have done in the past they were surely and very quickly stopped. There are laws on the books in many countries that prohibit this type of action, and yet in America it is only prohibited when it is anyone other than protestant.
I am of Shamanic Beliefs. I read from time to time religious litterature handed to me. What is preached and what is done are far to distant. I have read the Christian Bible. There are many things that enlighten, but the actions of the new age self proclaimed prophets of Christianity only turn people away. I am happy and live in peace with the teachings from my elders, I feel sorry for all of those cought up in the religious contradictions about, God, Goverment and Christianity. There are millions of sincere Christians
which are being taken for fools by the many con men which use the God Buissiness for profit.
Prophets for profit.
Yes indeed, money exchanging hands from politicians to the so called moral majority religious prophets go hand in hand. The reality is they are still cought up in their own greedy needs.Paying homage to their real God. Money and power. When the europeans arrived to the America's they worshipped the same God then they worship now.
The God Business is good, living lifestyles of kings, and the best of all is they can elect governors presidents, and it is all tax free. They answer to no one. Only to God, THEIR GOD MONEY, AND POWER.
I am still a savage in their eyes. It does not matter, I am a proud Native American. I would rather be considered a heathen, than to be cought up and exploited by prophets for profit.
THE LATTER INDIVIDUALS GIVE THE TRUE SINCERE CHRISTIANS A BAD IMAGE.
I HOPE I HAVE OFFENDED NO ONE. IT IS NOT MY INTENTION. I ONLY BRING THIS TO LIGHT BECAUSE NO ONE SEEMS TO CARE ABOUT IT AND MORE ATTENTION SHOULD BE BROUGHT UP ON THE MATTER.

This is a new website that is launching on Nov 4 which is Monday for students to cover the elections. The website is Scoop08.com so we should watch that especially since students are one biggest potential voting blocks. If any students are willing to contribute to this site that would be great so we can get our name out there. Check it out.

A Busy week in Southern California with the fires and such. I went to three events this week for the governor. I actually got to meet the governor and watch him speak at a donor event in Los angeles on Tuesday night and on Wednesday I got to see him speak in a NDN.org speech at UCLA. Then I got to go to a democratic group in Southern Orange county and spar with an Obama Supporter as well as talk to many intersting people. We have the peace rally on Saturday in Downtown it will be awesome to see how many people show up for the cause of peace.
The pics are below from some of our grassroots from Los Angeles

The Gov. will also be on POTUS '08 (XM Radio station) today at 1 PM ET and 10 PM ET. The Post Politics Program is on XM Radio channel 130.
Please read and forward out this great article about Governor Richardson from The Nation. It is one of the strongest pieces we've seen in support of the Governor and this campaign - here's to many more of its kind to come!

The Richardson Surge
by JOHN NICHOLS
[from the October 8, 2007 issue]
New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson was supposed to be the cautious candidate Democrats respected but never got excited about. With his extensive diplomatic experience and his hunger for a return to the national stage--if not as a realistic candidate for the presidency then as a top vice presidential prospect or the next Secretary of State--the man who served as Bill Clinton's Energy Secretary and United Nations ambassador was tagged at the time of his January announcement as a deliberate, capable but almost certainly inconsequential contender for the 2008 nomination. But Richardson has refused to play his assigned role, and with an unexpectedly resolute antiwar stance and a freewheeling campaign style that distinguishes him from the field's punch-pulling frontrunners, he is the first member of the race's "also-ran" pack to elbow his way from the margin of error to the verge of serious competition.
Richardson's edgy, opinionated and at times risky high-wire campaign has gained him double-digit poll numbers in the first primary state, New Hampshire, where he has begun to attract endorsements from key local Democrats and favorable reviews from the state's influential newspapers. One recent New Hampshire poll put him ahead of John Edwards. A summer survey of Democrats in the first caucus state by Iowa's Des Moines Register had Richardson in front of Barack Obama and just five points behind Hillary Clinton as the choice of the most likely caucusgoers. In Nevada, another early caucus state, Richardson's support has grown from 2 percent in March polling to 11 percent in August.
Why is Richardson clicking? Against a field of first-tier candidates (Clinton, Obama and John Edwards) who don't mind savaging the Bush Administration's management of the Iraq imbroglio but who regularly fall short of proposing clear exit strategies, Richardson offers not just a résumé but specifics--and a sense of urgency. His TV ads in the early caucus and primary states identify him as the candidate with "the only plan that pulls every single soldier out of Iraq." As the contender with the most international experience--save, perhaps, hapless Senate Foreign Relations Committee chair Joe Biden--Richardson says it is not merely possible but necessary to end the US military presence in Iraq and to replace it with diplomacy and targeted aid initiatives. Rejecting all the dodges of the frontrunners, Richardson argues, "If we are going to get out, we need to do it now."
For all his much-ballyhooed experience, and for all the sole Hispanic contender's supposed--if largely unconfirmed--appeal to the party's rapidly expanding Latino voting bloc, Richardson recognizes that it is his position on the war that is giving his candidacy traction. Of course, he's glad to discourse on how to tackle the crisis in Darfur and his concerns about Pakistan, and he's more than willing to detail his mainstream progressive positions on everything from gay rights to net neutrality. But the governor's antiwar position is now the primary focus of his media buys, his savvy campaign appearances and his aggressive new direct-mail fundraising appeals to liberal donors. That's smart politics. Richardson's Iraq stance is at once refreshing and reassuring for grassroots Democrats, who polls suggest are increasingly frustrated with the cautious approach of party leaders. In the former UN ambassador they get a candidate who knows his way around the world, who understands th e delicacy of diplomacy, who actually negotiated with Saddam Hussein and yet whose statements echo the assessment (if not quite the Department of Peace rhetoric) of antiwar absolutist Dennis Kucinich. As party leaders seek to exclude from debates two outspoken advocates for bringing the troops home, Kucinich and former Alaska Senator Mike Gravel, Richardson's résumé and his poll numbers assure him a place on the stage and an ability to keep prodding the frontrunners to clarify their murky positions on Iraq.
None of this means Richardson is on a fast track to the nomination. He's still playing catch-up in a brutal fundraising competition, and he remains a largely unexamined contender with his share of political baggage--the Energy Department's bungling of the Wen Ho Lee nuclear espionage scandal during Richardson's tenure is an embarrassing footnote, as is his post-Cabinet service on the boards of energy firms with troubling environmental records. But no 2008 Democratic candidate has come further on the basis of a bold stance on the essential issue of the race than Richardson. At the very least, he will make it difficult for Clinton, Obama and Edwards to continue dancing around the core questions of the war. And if the leading Democrats fail to make convincing moves toward withdrawal, Richardson is better positioned than any other candidate to ride that issue to the center of the competition.

Richardson nabs support from key NH politico
MANCHESTER, New Hampshire (CNN) — Gov. Bill Richardson scored a significant endorsement Thursday from one of New Hampshire's top Democrats, former Manchester mayor Bob Baines.
"In the race for president, there are a few candidates with experience, and there are a few others who represent change," Baines said in a written statement. "Bill Richardson is the only candidate who can bring both change and experience to the White House."
Baines, who the Richardson campaign points out was twice named as one of New Hampshire's "Ten Most Powerful People" by a local business magazine, served as mayor from 2000 to 2006. He was defeated for re-election in 2005.
"In the battle for votes in the state's largest city, Bob Baines' endorsement is a clear win for Bill Richardson," said Scott Spradling, political director for WMUR-TV in Manchester. "Connected in city politics, Baines still has the type of access to a grassroots operation that you would expect a former mayor to have, and he can potentially provide access to supporters throughout the city."
The impact of the Baines endorsement on Richardson's long-term standing in the Granite State remains to be seen.
"Endorsements in New Hampshire are nice, but rarely have they shown to make a huge difference with independent-minded voters. What Baines can do is perhaps provide a new introduction to an audience he [Richardson] has not met yet," said Spradling.

First, it was the ABC debate, where focus groups called Governor Richardson the winner; then the Prez on the Rez Forum where he once again clearly defined his positions to the delight of the First Americans in attendance; Sunday he took on Univision and outshined all of the other candidates in a clear, convincing, and passionate explanation of his resume, record, and positions to Latino voters nationwide. And now, the online Mash Up, where once again Governor Richardson challenged the other candidates to come clean and tell the truth about how many soldiers they would leave at risk in Iraq.
Not content in demanding an answer to that important question, Governor Richardson laid out a realistic, workable plan for Iraq that restores that battle scarred country, promotes stability in the region, and protects American lives. Moving past Iraq, he succinctly but completely explained what he would do about education, health care, and immigration. While the other candidates spoke in platitudes and generalities, Governor Richardson defined the issues of this race. Rather than do him injustice by quoting parts of the Mash Up, here is the transcript of the event. Read it for yourself and once again understand why Bill Richardson is the best candidate to lead this country as its President:

On Friday, I was privileged to get a glimpse into the personal side of Bill Richardson. It's part of his personality that is never far from the publc side, as we already know we have a candidate who wears his heart on his sleeve. He is, at once, both personable and pragmatic - necessary elements of a great leader, diplomat, and negotiator. I have often heard people remark that he has the "Bill Clinton charisma", the ability to make you feel like you are the only person in the universe when he stops to shake your hand.
But Friday was special. About 250 of us were provided the rare opportunity to glimpse into the Governor's heart, and it was an amazing experience. In East Los Angeles, we are privileged to have the only publicly funded monument and memorial to those who have lost their lives to HIV and AIDS. Consisting of eight wall panels, six murals depict life with AIDS in the Latino community and two granite panels bookend the murals, and contain the names of individuals who have died from AIDS. The monument also includes a serene park setting with benches and an archway set in garden areas for personal meditation.
The final mural installation, dedicated to Children with AIDS, was unveiled Friday in a moving ceremony that included members of the clergy, AIDS activists, elected officials, community folk, and as the special guest speaker, Governor Bill Richardson. A number of our volunteers and supporters were in attendance, but this was not a usual campaign appearance. In fact, a yard sign or banner, or anything more than a lapel sticker would have been glaringly out of place. This was a solemn occasion, a time of remembrance and reflection, and a call for a renewed fight and dedication to eradicating this deadly disease.
Read More »I wanted to give you a glimpse into the lives of our volunteers here in Southern California, and how they are contributing to the Richardson for President campaign from a pure grassroots level. We understand the focus is on the four early primary states for now; but also recognize that California is not only in the West, and therefore part of Governor Richardson’s “Western Strategy”; but has more delegates than any of the other states. With our February 5th Primary, we know we are key to the Governor’s chances in getting the nomination.
For the moment, we see our responsibilities as fourfold: First, keeping the message of Governor Richardson and the Richardson for President campaign in the forefront of Democratic voters. Second, support the campaign team and Governor Richardson whenever he is in the area, in whatever way is needed. Third, engage and recruit volunteers to help canvass in our sister state, Nevada. Las Vegas is often called LA’s backyard, and we take that nickname to heart; as we believe we have responsibility for what happens in Nevada. Our new slogan is, “What happens in Vegas, does not stay in Vegas, but spreads to California, Arizona, Colorado, Kansas, Montana, Wyoming, and Texas.” Finally, we believe we have a responsibility to help fuel the engine of the campaign through direct and indirect fundraising efforts.
Four weeks ago, our volunteers gathered as a group to provide information and sign up opportunities for the California Democratic Council Convention. The Convention, which brought together all the Democratic Clubs in the state, was a target-rich environment, and gave our volunteers a chance to hone their message, meet each other in a campaign setting, and fine tune their tabling and event skills. The event was a success, both in terms of visibility, and the number of people who expressed interest in the Richardson candidacy. As these were Democratic activists, each person who indicated support will be leveraged as volunteers, and persons of influence within their Democratic Party organizations.
