If you visit events under Californians for Richardson, Grassroots for Richardson, or Roundups 4 Richardson; you will notice our 1st
Roundup in Glendale, the 1st Tuesday of June. We plan to hold a monthly Roundup every 1st Tuesday and expand them to be in most if not all the congressional districts in California and would work to assist in doing this nationwide. We have chosen the 1st Tuesday because it is the November election Day, and here in California it is our Presidential selection election day as well. Subject to the national campaign choosing another day; this could well facilitate a nationwide or regional call in with the Governor if that could be scheduled with the campaign. You could also have friendly fundraising goals to have every Roundup contribute in targeted events.
The following is our first updated notice and suggested agenda for your information. Please feel free to modify and use or suggest updates and edits as this should be a group dynamic exercise to elect Governor Bill Richardson the next President of the United States.
"We have discussed calling our meet ups for Governor Bill Richardson, Roundups 4 Richardson; and will be discussing tabling, fundraising, and setting up additional 1st Tuesday Roundups 4 Richardson in other local communities in every congressional district. Looking for convenors for these monthly events. Please bring any questions for all of us to discuss."
